Most orders are made within 1-2 weeks. Stamped and Finch is a one woman shop, but I do try my very best to ship orders out quickly. Production time may increase around holiday season.
If you need an order by a certain date, please email me prior to ordering to ensure delivery.
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide payment for second shipment.

Athens, I love you and am so grateful for your support of a local business. Because my studio is in my home, I am unable to schedule pickups out of respect for my home and family. It is of utmost importance that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, due to the customized and made to order nature of my work, refunds are generally unavailable. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make things right!
Please remember each piece will have its own wonderful uniqueness due to its hand stamped nature.
I am happy to offer repair for necklace chains within 30 days of when your order is received. After 30 days, a small repair fee will be charged.
